A big summer of training leads me to the Nation's Capitol Washington D.C for the first race of the season. It was not my best performance sandwiched between 2 weddings and possibly having a little too much fatigue in the legs. It is a good spot to build from. And more importantly, we had an amazing time celebrating my sister's wedding- congrats Liv and Adam!!!

Have you ever wanted to coach because I think you would be such a cool coach to have. And do you have a place where you post your workouts. Keep up the good work 💪🏼💪🏼
