Did textile design in college but thereās not enough work out here, so after a couple of years working at Starbucks you applied and there you go, a librarian! You never even considered it as a job, but you fit right in, even with the tattoos, the ladies love them, it is 2025 after all.
Next thing youāre back on the Meth pipe and hustling again to make enough of a raise to keep things on a level, now your mixed up in this, āJulie what are you doing, this is gonna have to be your last jobā you think as you reload the Glock.
Damn I missed book club AGAIN you remember. Ian will not be impressed.
The pipe and lighter suddenly become noticeable in your pocket, pressed tight in your black jeans, never anywhere else, close at hand. Your hand strays to your side, No Julie, as the Ai rapper says, you got to make the most of your gains, you have to stay in control.
