Finally found someone who is truly fluent and doesn't just know one or two sentences and immediately claim to know the language

bro i should’ve lock in in 2020

I love the girl who spoke good English with mad confidence. Her facial expressions cracked me up

Great work, young man. I'm 70 years old and still working to learn Portuguese and Russian to keep my mind active. I love your channel!

The "I actually do go outside" is great, had to beat the lives on OmeTV allegations.

Dude, that Japanese sounding so fast thing is too true, I've also been self studying since 2022 and gradually it isn't sounding so fast anymore, also thanks for the nice outro. 先輩さま、あざす〜

I went on a trip to California to see a Dodgers game. I was stopped and stopped by a Japanese-American police officer in the street. However, he just wanted to talk to me. We got excited talking about Ohtani. I spoke in broken English, but the officer started speaking in Japanese. It was a strange experience to see a Japanese person wearing a police uniform with the American flag on his arm. It was something that could only happen in a city with a large Asian population. My first trip to America was fun.

Respect to you for not naming the title as ''perfect'', because I've seen a ton of people who do such contents who do that but aren't even close to perfect. There are still pitch & pronunciation misses but at the level you're at now,  people who do not study pitch / pronunciation would just assume you're half / native.

dude your pronunciation is so much better than all the other "I surprised natives" videos. it motivates me a lot since I've been doing a very similar study plan to what you described for about a year and a half now. hopefully one day I can become as fluent as you

bro came out of nowhere to flex the RHD teggy wwww

Actually Japanese people don’t overreact when they hear you speak their language. There is other other guy who speaks Chinese and people litteraly go crazy when they hear him speak Chinese lol😂

I have been learning Hiragana and Katakana and learning to read and write but looking at you speak so fluently..  You gave me motivation to start doing immersive learning and keep learning more.  Thanks a lot.   and all the best.  Love your content. Keep it up

I couldn't agree more with what you said in the video: Consistency beats intensity, & there's no such thing as perfection.  If you want to excel in something, it is important to be determined and consistent by showing up even though you don't feel like it, & when there's no one clapping for your progress. We should focus on a system instead of the result. It is the same concept applied to when we learned to walk or ride a bicycle when we were still babies or children, and we eventually got used to it without realizing it. This is what I've been doing for a few years consecutively when it comes to learning other languages and skills. You sound exactly like a native when speaking Japanese. Salute and keep up the good work!

04:16 This whole conversation is golden. Your videos help me make time to listen to the language and I've already learned so much!

8:36 she's definitely my fav in the vid

THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER VIDEO!!!!!!!! My motivation and drive to study is being fueled by these videos, please keep it up for the OGs! <3

僕は日本語を勉強しているハンガリー人なので、この動画が大好きです｡めっちゃ面白いな～！

it's amazing how everyone assume you can only know Japanesse through blood like it's some anime clan superpower xd
