Yea, so. I work as a dishwasher at a restaurant, we didn't have any salads on the menu. Until a week ago, someone asked for it, I made them this and now it's like one of the most requested items on the menu. We have people we never seen before coming in asking ''You still have that salad on the menu?''. They wont even bother looking for something else. Don't ask why a dishwasher was asked to make a salad but I dont give a fuck. It worked.

no matter what anyone says ....akis is definitely one of my favourite youtubers because he personalises most of his recipies and does it effortlessly. ..and his recipies actually taste good .....I like his enthusiasm and the effort he put in  his videos ....appreciate the guy !!

"Mixey Mixey" 🤣 I love this chef! Great recipes, easy on the eyes!

This classic was invented somewhere we never would have guessed: Mexico. Legend has it that Italian-American restaurateur Caesar Cardini invented the salad in 1924 in Tijuana, Mexico. According to The Telegraph, Cardini owned a restaurant in the tourist destination to “attract Americans frustrated by Prohibition.”
Ingredients

Common ingredients in many recipes:

       romaine or cos lettuce
       olive oil
       crushed garlic
       salt
       black pepper
       lemon juice
       Worcestershire sauce
       raw or coddled eggs
       grated Parmesan cheese
       croutons

2:53 he sounds so sad he's adding "just" one clove of garlic. I share that pain, lol.

Why are people being arses over him using store bought mayo? All of his ingredients are bought from somewhere, that doesn't stop it being home made.  It is homemade because you make it at home, rather than buying a supermarket or restaurants caesar salad.  Hope you raised that chicken yourself Akis, otherwise it isn't home made ;)
