I started wearing wigs fully about 4+ years ago, basically I was in a very toxic, abusive relationship and my life fell apart in every possible way and so did my hair. It just started coming out and breaking in chunks....and I was freaking out. I didn't know what to do and wigs and hair pieces were my saviour. It is tough to find or afford amazing wigs that look so realistic and easy to put on with little to no work or styling needed. I would be so grateful to receive this wig as well. There are so many deserving people here. Whomever wins it, congrats and love to you. :)

And starting a new job wearing wigs it's another story. People will notice, and being ready to discuss is not something we're all ready to do. It's personal. It's emotional. You're also self-conscious. There are so many things.

I have had thin hair all of my life. Now that I’m in my 60s I would like to live my dream of having a full head of hair. I do have a wig and have been learning about how to wear them and care for them. I would love to have one of those wigs you are reviewing. They are both gorgeous. I’m on SS so I am in a fixed income.

I don't know anything about wigs, but I recently had breast cancer surgery, and my doctor is trying to get me to start chemotherapy. I haven't decided yet if I will do it, but the thought of losing my hair is terrifyiing.

Living with autism and alopecia has made it hard to feel confident. With an unemployment rate of around 80% for autistic people, a high-quality lace wig is something I could never afford on my own. I’ve spent so much time learning about wigs—how to install, style, and care for them—so that if I’m ever lucky enough to have one, I can make it look and feel amazing. Winning this would be life-changing, giving me something special that I’ve dreamed of but couldn’t realistically get myself. Thank you for the chance; it would mean the world to me.

As someone who recently began the alopecia life, I came here to find advice on where to buy a wig that was beautiful… but I found people that are too. How great is this!?? I’ll be saving up for quite awhile to get one of these , but it’s worth it knowing it looks that good.

Winning this wig would be so special to me because a few years ago I started to have back problems due to osteoporosis, I have a very difficult time because styling my hair , blow drying it, is next to impossible. Its to painful for me to lift my arms above my head and even shoulder length so I have given up! I have tried a few wigs but I think I have picked the wrong ones because they need so much fussing with. The medication that I am on , has been wreaking havoc on my hair. I have to take the medication so I don’t know what other options there are.
I just want to feel good in my own skin. Winning this week would be an incredible blessing.!

This wig is also long, and it will remind me of who I used to be. My bio hair was long, 22', and I had a lot. I used to wear it curly, or straight. I don't even like to look at my older pictures because they make me sad. Anyone going through this can understand. It's heartbreaking. It hurts your confidence and your identity and shatters your emotions on so many levels.
