Hey Solomon. I bought your course on the Czech Pirc. Love it. I made a study out of it in lichess and I'm getting pretty good results with it. I am 1200 rapid, for context. Can you do a speed run with it? I think all is subscribers would appreciate and get so much out of it.

Those are some great ideas. I've never tried pushing to e6 so that I could play d5. I always tried to keep the 5th rank open because I pick off quite a few bishops from playing Qa5..

I’m a CP player. The nf3 line is the most common line, and the position you recommend can prob be achieved in 25% of games. For those of us who don’t know the French, it would be nice to see a video of some middlegame ideas once this position is established. Also, in the be3, qb6 line, most players at my level would play d5, do you just play qxb2?

Isn't his just a complicated Caro-Kann? I mean e4, c6, d4, d5., e5, Bf5, Nf3, e6 - is most common move order on lichess and masters database, same pawn structure, the only difference is Black's LSBishop is on f5 instead of g4 and White's b-knight is not yet developed.

This horrible 4...Bg4 suggestion transposes to a poor line of the already poor Wade Defense.
White should of course play 5.h3! when Black cannot even get his desired ...e6-d5 defensive formation on the board.
I guess that the usual cheap counter-argument "nobody plays like that" can also be used here.

sometimes i cannot move bg4 because the opponents moves h3 first and then the light square bishop is cannot move and its hard to achieve french defense type setup. thanks solomon.
