When society wasn't offended and music was great.

50 years later and fat bottomed girls still make the rockin world go round...

The bass line in this song absolutely SLAPS. I blast the sound everytime this song comes on

Who cares whether it's PC or not? That was the great thing about music from the 60s and 70s. Bands and artists didn't have to worry about offending nearly everyone with every word they said or wrote because they didn't live in a nation of snowflakes.

People used to just accept that some things were meant to be silly and tongue-in-cheek and just went with it,  as opposed to now where flocks of people on the internet are looking long and hard for things to mortally offend them.

Great choice Nikki .Yes still a fun catchy song all these years later it aged very well !!

❤️ beautiful sweet Freddie ❤️

I'm British and when at uni, I programmed the jukebox in a pub and told the American girl I was chatting up that the next song was about her, thinking it was 'Born in the USA' but no, this came on instead. needless to say, i didn't score.

He DID say pleez. 🤣🤣 You have the sweetest smile..

Excellent choice, shame you didn't have time to tack Bicycle Race on to the end

If memory serves correctly, Queen sponsored a nude ladies bicycle race in London to promote the release of their new album. They performed those two songs at the start of the race.

When I was a kid I loved Queen, I used to play the ‘Greatest Hits’ CD non-stop. My absolute FAVOURITE song was ‘Another One Bites the Dust’. In Grade One we were asked to play our favourite song to the class so I brought in my Queen CD but accidentally told the teacher the wrong number and THIS song started playing to the entire class…

They were way ahead of everyone and their time.. Miss them big time!!!

Tie Your Mother Down is a sneaky good rock and roll song by Queen

Glad Nikki appreciates a "fun" song.  There is not enough fun songs the past few decades (90's-present).  Deep, serious, negative emotion songs are needed and appreciated, but so are fun songs. Most bands like Queen from the 70's and 80's had that combo of fun and deep, serious negative emotion songs. Artists who dwell on sadness, anger, need to loosen up and have some fun too.  I can't believe an old 53 yo like me is telling youngsters to loosen up and have some fun sometimes.

That was fun! QUEEN was my very first concert back in '77! 😊

I highly recommend the Queen song "I want it all"...
Another would be "Innuendo"... both songs recorded while Freddie Mercury was struggling w/ AIDS before his passing.

Nice song from their ...ALL THAT JAZZ ALBUM...Thisi is when tthey became real SUPRERSTARS

Dr Brian May, CBE,  made his guitar, plays lead, co wrote some of the music, sings and in his spare time was awarded a PhD in astrophysics and works for NASA

Great song, great reaction, even a great chill cat by your side!
