Raining Woods Journalling (GiftSmilee Pt. 12/21)

Oak House Journals

Hi Everyone,

I got out my lovely 'Raining Woods' Journal today and decided that I fancied having a wee play. But after rummaging through my scrap box and finding some gorgeous blue handmade paper scraps, I ended up creating in one of the new journals from GiftSmilee (details below). This blue journal is called 'Drop in the Ocean' and is filled with a gorgeous selection of blue handmade papers, instead of the green that you will have seen in the 'Raining Woods' Journal I usually use. Equally a delight to use.........

As usual, details are below of the journals, products and the GiftSmilee Etsy shop and website.

Thank you so much for watching.

Hugs C xx

Yay blues! I've been looking forward to seeing your blue book. I enjoy your Chambles (chatty rambles as Miranda Hart calls them). It makes me feel like you're in the room crafting next to me.it helps to hear your thought processes. You don't need to apologize for blathering or taking time to decide, if we didn't like it we wouldn't watch it. I appreciate all you do and share.

Beautiful page. Your “less is more” is always inspiring and acts as a reminder. I like listening to your thought processes. I must think I always have my camera on, as I talk it out to myself, aloud, all the time. You make me feel that’s all normal. :). Haha.

Lovely layout! I love the blue. 😊💕

Such a pretty page. I think a piece of the script paper you have may have helped transition the white and beige. It’s look pretty to me. Have a great day! 💕☀️🧵

Even your scrap box is organised :) I'd be too embarrassed to show mine to even my closest friends lol

I really like the blues and the texture on this page...so lovely. Your comment about needing to just walk away hit home because it's always hard to find the balance, but you absolutely found the balance today, just as you always do, Carol :) gg

Please DON'T cut out the sound ... I've picked up so many little tips whilst watching these videos - listening to you explain 'why' you place pieces where you do etc is interesting. I love that embossed 'shilling stamp' btw ... I've never seen one with metal on it before! TFS, can't wait to see the next one.
