Bryce, thank you once again so much for the opportunity to speak with you - you're a fantastic interviewer and a really entertaining video creator! As I (hopefully) relayed in our conversation - hearing that our work is resonating with the audience is literally the best part of the job. Thank you SO MUCH to all of the Avatar fans for your continued support and encouragement. Those of us that work behind the scenes on these films sincerely appreciate all of you!

Also - Ashley's wingspan is around 17 meters / 55 feet and she's a little over 11 meters / 36 feet from head to tail.

Bro gave Cameron a chance to spam his worldbuilding

If Varang thought guns and flamethrowers could do major damage, wait until she sees a nuke.

iv never seen james so happy in a interview

Every tribe of Na'vi has demonstrated a familiarity with war. The Omatikaya respected Jake because he was a warrior, a vet. The Metkayina are ready to go to war against the whalers when provoked. The wind traders have a long standing policy of wartime neutrality. At no point is it ever suggested that the Na'vi are pacifists.
People assume that if you love nature, you're a tofu-headed, drug-addled, tree hugger who is incapable of violence, or proper bathing. Anyone who knows a biologist knows better, that these are armed survivalists who live with simmering rage tempered only by childlike wonder. They are wolves, and they know they are wolves, for good and ill.

Varang had me hypnotised the whole movie
Oona, what an actress!🔥

My guy just flexing his interview with JC

My headcannon is that Nightwraiths were endemic to the Mangkwan part of the forest before the eruption, and Ashley is last of her kind.

Publish the James Cameron interview already bro cmon tf

You should try mapping the avatar  world

38:48 This makes me wonder if the deadly neurotoxin the Omatikaya coat their arrowheads in is actually just another example of this philosophy— on the off-chance you’re hit with an arrow somewhere that doesn’t instantly kill you, the neurotoxin ensures you don’t suffer for long. A brutal form of compassion for their enemies that definitely isn’t shared by the Mangkwan

I love how the chase between varang and Neytiri in the city ended. Neytiri has a trusting bond to her plan, trusting her to fold in her wings to fit through that hole but varang with her controlling connection, her wraith did not trust her and stopped at that point

The mangkwan clan is basically just the quote "the blind leading the blind" because Varaang is the tsahik (kinda ironic she still uses that title) she knows the ways of Eywa and she's supposed to teach her people said ways but she doesn't she instead twists it into something cruel keeping the clan in their miserable life

As an aboriginal person I gotta say people think we are tree hugging hippies and we are but we also have wars which a surprising amount of people think we don’t. But we have wars which paint and dances and songs. I agree there are many things Culture and traditions have that are good but there are some traditions that need to change.

the first movie hinted about Na'vi conflict : when Nytiri showed Jake the skull of a toruk and and said "my grandfather's grandfather was turuk makto" why else would toruk makto be needed other than conflict ‏‪9:52‬‏

(Theory but idk includes avatar 3 spoilers!)

going on a limb with this theory but in the beginning of avatar 3, it is noted that the white face paint on the Sully’s represents grief and mourning but gradually it fades away showing how they are slowly moving on. Meanwhile, in Varang’s design her face paint consist of white face paint and in position where it looks like tears streaming down on her face which I hypothesize represents her internal grief and rage towards her home that was previously lost

i just love how he is fllexing the Cameron interview

9:11 I think it’s funny that people had such a meltdown over Zoe saying Netyiri is a racist, but nobody really batted an eye at James Cameron saying it.

Varang: no no. Hear me out.
Quaritch: I can fix her.
Eywa: FFS...

My idea is that the Mangkwan’s reason for being so “disrespectful” toward Eywa is mainly due to the fact that their Elders died. Most of them seem quite young, so I assume that many do not remember or even know their past, which means they no longer truly “see.” We could say they are blind to Eywa, and like greedy humans, they refuse to see the beauty of Pandora for what it truly is.
