#TheEightfoldPath #PracticeMethod #Liberation

From a practice perspective, I have long had a troubled mind regarding the phrases "seeing rightly" and "thinking rightly" in the Eightfold Path.

I wonder what criteria define "rightly." From the standpoint of an unenlightened sentient being, they speak of "rightly," but the standards become ambiguous.

I keep telling myself it is right within me, but because it cannot be seen as rightly through my karmic consciousness, I feel like I am just going in circles.

I have been diligently practicing since the 6th to 9th sessions, but the very act of learning the Dharma only revolves around in my head, not in my heart. I feel frustrated and doubtful, wondering if simply following the instructions of Jungto Society will lead to Nirvana and liberation. I also wonder, "What is the difference between knowing clearly and just knowing?"

As a lay practitioner, I am asking if simply following the practice rules prescribed by Jungto Society is enough to attain it, or if there is another method.
