Lucas is an employee of Jennifer, who is the boss and owner of a large farm. One day, Jennifer decides to hire a foreman, and she doesn't reveal that she is the owner. However, she decides to test the foreman. She took Lucas and pretended to be a beggar asking for water because he was very thirsty, to see how the foreman would react. When the foreman saw the young man asking for water and Jennifer giving him water, he freaked out. He became very angry, took the cup from the young man's mouth, threw it away, and told him to leave. Jennifer, the real owner, watched his behavior from afar. This foreman chased the young man, who was still leaving the farm, and almost ran him over. Later he returned and decided to reveal who she was, and when he learned that she was the owner, he was very embarrassed and apologized, but it was too late. She fired the foreman because he lacked the ability to lead the farm, as he was very arrogant and disrespectful. In the end, she only wanted to know if he was humble, but he wasn't. Isaiah, who was the foreman, was expelled from the farm, and Lucas was put in his place to assume the position of foreman because of the humility the young man showed.
