All these clowns building Holzfformas & oems going from 7hp to 10 even charging for their work entering comps expecting respect with thousands of clowns following em? It’s a saw fkn SEND IT! Please make the next video on keeping ports and wall cylinders for strength plus 16:1+ comp weld glow plug in and nitro/methanol it… Ps crocks ok but Dainese jacket  + Arai helmet & ratchet strap cylinder head to block maybe good idea….. or take a page out of Ned Kelly….. Not that I know 🤥

Very well done video. Easy to watch, detailed enough but not drawn out with a bunch of explanation and detail where even I as a mechanic get lost halfway through the explanation.  
   You did a great job and got some massive improvements. This is THE ONE good thing that comes out of the cheap aftermarket Chinese engines and parts. Is the chance to play around and improve performance without having a majior loss should your attempts fail. Just buy another and try again.

The exhaust play a huge role in the power. With a proper exhaust the power will be at higher rpms. try the scooter exhaust again and see the difference. When changing the exhaust the jet should be adjusted in the carb also

Add dimples to your piston and exhaust port. You'll see some really surprising gains.

I bought a Yamaha Zuma...maybe 2003 year model with 50cc 2 stroke engine. It had fatter tires than most others. It was heavier and held my 315 lbs. without bottoming out. It would keep up with any other stock brand scooter even with a lighter rider. It had 7:1 compression ratio so ran well on 87 octane gasoline with 2 stroke oil aprox. 40:1 ration gas to oil. I wonder how it would have run if ported and compression raised to 9 or 10 to 1 running 93 octane gasoline.

Those aluminum heat shields won't go bad if you support the pipe like you're supposed to and not have them hanging off those little bitty bolts...
