Mind:we got this

I am 45 .. Never danced before. I am going to start trying this. I will update my progress , even though I may be slow ..😊😊

Pls wish me best of luck

I was born with a tendon handicap in my legs. But I've decided that, even if this takes 10x as long for me, I'm gonna learn this!!!

46 years old and came across this tutorial now.

Declaring it here...
By 50, I will be able to
- do 100 pushups at one time (current max is 72)
- play "Fuer Elise" on the piano
- freestyle rap at a level others acknowledge as amazing (but continue to work to improve)
- shuffle dance at a level others acknowledge as amazing (but also continue to work to improve)

This is the BEST beginner tutorial and I have watched a lot of them.  This one starts you out perfectly and you can do it!

Found this today and man it helps a LOT! Haven't felt this excited about physical activity in years!

I’m sick of going out with my buddy and standing on the d-floor like a spastic, so here I am lol. Thanks for the tutorial, was easy to follow

Girrrl! Literally, you’re the first person who has ever broken this down so perfectly for me. You got the mechanics down and do an amazing job at explaining the flow and the imagery behind it that most people miss. You are 🔥

I'm 61, retiring in a year, and looking for ways to keep active, both physically and mentally. This is perfect, and you're a great instructor. Thank you.

This has been one of if not the most helpful video I’ve ever watching on shuffling THANK you
