２件目の店も、あなたにとって、ミシュランは？と言う事でしょけれど。台湾人にとってはミュシュランなんです。
確かにシャッタは古く落書きされてるし、机や椅子は年季が入ってますが。
料理をボロボロで下げて、恐るべしで上げるというゾロさん流のレトリックだと思います。
でも、ボロボロが繰り返えされ過ぎてちょっとね。
ホロホロ大根とスペアリブのスープ、薄そうだけど素材の味が引き立ってるんでしょうね。
唐辛子醤油の味変もいい！2軒目のレバーのスープも美味しそう！3軒目の餅の肉団子スープはボリュームありそうだからシェアして食べたいですね。
日本人があまり行かない、台湾人が行くお店にはぜひ行ってみたいです😊
観て分かる通り、大阪人とは思えないかなり味のきついのを好む事が醤油べったりで見て取れます。 甘すぎるのも好む様で、台南の三つ星つけた豆花屋は甘味のマックス加減はガッカリでは済まないレベルでした。
初めて行く人には一定数寄与する情報なのは間違いありませんが、それ以上ではないものではと思ってはいます。
因みに私は懐石料理を仕事としている職人です。

181番の刺身牛肉麺（東門）と262番の1人麻辣火鍋（中山國小）、美味しそうなので再訪があると嬉しいな😽😽あと250本記念達成動画の九份編、久しぶりに見返しましたが‥‥より素のゾロさんがゆるくて面白くて昔の動画を見返すのにハマりそうです😂
