I've been playing this game for years, yet I had not noticed that aspect of the Guardian set until now. Put it on my DH, and the damage is up a million hp. Impressive!

Wow, its so sad how much they nerfed Altar and Paragon nowadays compared to what is shown in video

Dude you are my hero. I just did the guardians set and tripled my life and added 50% to my damage. No more squish!

Thank you for the Guardian's set recommendation. HUGE difference!  Enjoying my GR runs more now :D

Another good way to build survival is to use the opposite type gem of your class on your armor slots. Dex/Str classes usually run with resistance gems as they get Armor from their primary stat. Int classes run Str gems for Armor as their main stat gives them resist.

Good tips.  I think it's worth mentioning farming paragon.  I know it sees obvious to some, but I don't know that everyone realizes just how much toughness you gain in addition to damage.  Every point of str/Dex adds a point to armor.  Every 10 points of Intel adds 1 to all res.  This makes a massive impact once you start dumping hundreds or even thousands of points into your mainstat (or some vit) on your paragon tree.

Thank you so much for this Guardian Set Tip. It helped tremendously. 😁

Thank you so much for this video! Im relatively new to GR pushing and hit a problem where i can 1 shot most mobs but at gr 90 but a single white mob will also one shot me :3 So really really thankful for this video!

Of course Jon snow would be using cold dmg, he's use to it...

Definitely gonna try out the guardian set after watching this, and also a thing Ive missed was the emanate effects on the crafted sets cain and sage, Ive used it before on my follower, but this was a good reminder cause I forgot about that part

Videos are very helpful in playing the great rifts.

Never knew about Guardian's set....very nice!

Tried the guardian set on the Demon Hunter with the Marauder build. Didn't work. Although I got 1 mill more damage, life was doubled and about 300k more toughness, I still felt as squishy and ran out of hatred very fast. I actually felt worse even with with that extra 1 mill damage. ;(

Thank you so much for this information it's really helped a lot especially my farming ability I just started playing this week your information has really helped hugely

I am playing bone spear necro with Masqarade set with best in slot legendary items, but unfortunatly didn't have any luck converting any of my gear to ancient. I am currently in 500+ paragon and 80+ GR. My damage is preety solid, but my survivability isn't that great if I miss for a second on my skill bar useage. I can beat 80's GR, but usually die 2 or 3 times.

thanks for the guardian set, im actually noob to this game and just got to t16 and grs. Ill try and fit this in my tal rasha

Hi there. Great tips! Thanks for sharing the info about not having the optimal damage build. Cheers.

Here is a small trick when you get +1000 para and you can afford a little bit of damage to sacrifice toward survavibility. On my Natalia build, i always sacrifice 300-500 points of para into VITALITY, this (trust me) can push you easily to 150 gr (yes, NATALIA is slow as fk, but is the most tough and dps build for dh class in my opinion) or at least closest to 150 gr. Ofc you need all the above mentioned (yes, not necesary to take unity, but you can take that and perhaps keep those para points into dex). Some say Natalia is hard to play, well, i say Pestilence build is hard. Everyone has the preferable build.

That guardian set was huge for me.  Thank you!
