In all of the homes the owner's suite, bathroom, & walk in closets never miss. Definitely needs a ceiling fan, that's a must. Don't forget to pay the puppy next door for his/her cameo appearance😂. Shonnie I could listen to talk for days. Your commentary in your videos is awesome! Thanks for sharing, you're appreciated. Love the Cowgirl boots❤

woman, you sure can find beautiful homes!!! i do like when you turn around and show a little bit how neighbors houses cause that tell a buyer whether it is worth the price in the area. i love the black fence. in the back where the trees are it looked like it used to be a creek there. i would add a resort style pool and an canopy with fireplace, 1 bedroom w/full bath. where the fireplace i would add eating area and grill area. very nice place!! God bless!

Beautiful exterior and love the tour. My only bugs are the laundry room and basement space. I'm not a fan of the low counter right over the laundry plugs, limits the ability to bring your own appliances.

In the basement area, I get more bathrooms means more money but that space with the built in wall for a tv is small for entertainment. Cant fit too much furniture and too small for a theater space. If the bathroom wasnt there, it would be perfect for theater room.
