Used the Marksman today. Parked him behind good cover on a roof, and he took out half of a Reserve Fire Team, and an Assault handler. He even survived the game with 1 wound left.

Handlers are my favorite addition to the game, and the add a ton of variety to the various groups along with changing up playstyle. Assault is my favorite as he's the all rounder that can flex to almost all situations.

Absolutely loving these latest videos, especially this one and the lore/faction videos. As a relatively new player of BLKOUT, they are a super valuable tool for learning new strategies and different ways to play.

still waiting on my starter kit but i was told Handlers was the next step. this is some great info, thanks!

Good breakdown dude. I love using the melee and covert handlers with my TFB. I find they help nail the objectives 💯

The challenge I've found with using Handlers, from what I've seen, is that you're putting all your eggs in one basket. Sure, some of the tougher Handlers, like the Siege Handler, might be hard to remove, but this is Blkout; everything can kill everything else. Personally, I prefer to bring more bodies with Nomads and spread out the risks.

Great break down, by the way. I hope you cover Badlands in the future.

I appreciate the good information

Thank you very much for your videos. Keep them up.

Couple things. First, seeking ignores the effects of cover. It doesn’t make the target have no cover. So, if they’re in cover, you’ll roll 2 dice instead of 1 die, not 3 dice.

Second, TF Boone does have a data specialist, but it does not have data spike, so if you took the cyber handler, you would only be able to make two pin checks, not three.

Keep these types of videos.coming

I bet a jump of 2 is to help a model jump down off of elevation instead of to jump up.

I picked up all three sets of handlers.  I am sure I didn't need to but I like options.

Q: Do you typically add a handler as a 4th unit, by themselves? Or add as a specialist to one of your 3 units?

For Black Pact, what handler would you think compliments them best?
I would think the Marksman, as they seem to lack range as a faction, but I'm rather inexperienced.
So maybe the Melee to double down, or the Cyber Handler to get access to a Data Knife attack?

Getting into this game now, where is the best place to find info on handler cards? Not sure what book or if I have to get them to find out.

No weapon info for the marksman??

Reupload?

Are handlers specific to a faction? The Siege Handler looks like it is part of the Russian faction.
