YES, we are putting an 1100 triple in a 2024 SuperJet and YES, we did destroy the Kawasaki ZXI in the process... Had the 97 zxi 1100. All types of built up. Thing ran absolutely mint, ski screamed. All stand ups now. 🤘

Turn the 1100 ZXI hull into a towable BBQ. I did it with a '95 Yamaha Wave Venture. Put some aluminum insulation on the inside from Home Depot. Cut a metal barrel in half and shove it un the hull for the grill. Insulate anything near the heat with reflective aluminum insulation. Mine has been hitting the sandbars for 8 years now. I tow it with my other jet ski or my boat. Then BBQ burgers or whatever seafood the boys catch that day. Send it, boys! do it! 11-HUNDO-ZXI-BBQ 😂

That's a nice 1100 twin. That thing is definitely not running on 3 cylinders. They're sweet when they're running right.

Budget idea, blueprint/mill the deck or head so its 0,9-1mm squish and advance the stator plate timing by 1-2degrees for some extra BRAPPiness and will be budget friendly 😁

I mean you guys may be on to something here with that preview image.

Make the super jet a flat deck, put the zxi handle bars and top part onto the top deck and you may have something that handles like the old waveblaster.

@insanegolf872 10 months ago

Could you do a video with a waveblaster 1 pls. Love this vid!!!

@DankMemes-p5r 10 months ago

Only recommendation is getting some 44 SBN carbs on that engine the CDKII and CV carbs hold it back so much

@ajbertelson9871 10 months ago

I bet fish has some old triple pipes for an 1100 in his parts bins.

I'd bet all that motor needs is some new plug a couple carb screws and she'll rip. Honestly sounded like it was running without all 3 cylinders. (sounded fine out of water, instantly dies/bogs under load). Also, 4 stroke haters will continue to seethe, but the new SJ is excellent with a few mods, and far and away the most reliable standup on the water - as fun as spending your summer wrenching on 2 strokes can be. All that said, love the idea for the project, will definitely be 1 of 1!

Reeds, runs good out of the water and not in?

@Ameritude 10 months ago

Boisss, do yourself a favor. Get some carbs from a 1996 Kawasaki zxi1100. They are so so much better than the cv carbs that the later years came with. If you have any questions, I spent a good portion of last summer rebuilding this exact ski, runs tits and goes a good 70!! Keep it up boisss
