Savage and fearless, orc tribes are ever in search of elves, dwarves, and humans to destroy. Motivated by their hatred of the so-called civilized races of the world and their need to satisfy the demands of their deities, the orcs know that if they fight well and bring glory to their tribe, Gruumsh will call them home to the plane of Acheron. It is there in the afterlife where the chosen ones will join Gruumsh and his armies in their endless extraplanar battle for supremacy.

I absolutely LOVE how you went old school in this. It brings back solid memories of wave after wave of ogres, trolls, orcs and goblins. All feral. All blood thirsty. All evil.

Orcs are one of my favorite enemy factions. Especially when you present them as cunning and pragmatic while riding the line of overwhelming chaotic violence. They are a truly versatile enemy as a DM.

It would be interesting to see what would happen if Luthic did end the war between Gruumsh and Maglubiet and wound up the last deity standing from both pantheons. I wonder how orc culture would change, and would she adopt the goblinoids? It's worth noting that Maglubiet is not the original god of any of the goblinoids, he essentially stole them from other gods, to the point that goblins can't even remember their original god.

I am happy that this is still a real orc lore video on 5e orcs, instead of the poorly thought out, 2 minutes of effort 5.5e retcon, featuring nomadic texan cowboys. What a blatant way of Hasbro to try and obliterate 40 years of history.
