What a nice flat field with little to no trees. My dream destination 😂

Notice how well-spoken, well-structured, clear, and articulate the developer and his son are when responding to questions. To me, that inspires a lot of confidence.

Fabulous.  When I win a couple of Lotteries I will be there.

$1,1000,000 and you can’t park your coach indoors

Nice Florida Vibe!

What I love is a very professionally run organization with deep expertise and knowledge of their particular industry.  In this case you have a deep understanding of both construction and design along with high end resort knowledge.  If Hilton were to run an RV luxury park I think it would look exactly like this.  Thanks Andrew for finding this and putting it out there for public knowledge.  Very impressive RV resort. 👍

Rental prices aren’t as pricey as I would expect them to be! If you get all the amenities in rental prices then it’s worth it!!

This is a superb facility, they have really gone the extra yard at this park. Well done.

Gotta find space for a nice mini-golf course, and then it will truly complete.

Wow. Andrew you basically covered it!  I can’t think of many more questions to ask bud. Always love the resort host.

Thanks for the informative video!

Cheap area on SR#80 just east of LaBell FL. Many developers flopped here. Not many amenities nearby. :face-fuchsia-tongue-out::hand-orange-covering-eyes:

That place is incredible ❤

Very nice RV resort. I have a feeling they will do well in this business venture.

Great video Andrew

Love the video & thanks for keeping us to date on new RV parks!!

Love that this is family and pet friendly kids would love this!!

Honestly, this looks like a place I would want to live.  I've often thought about communities for the elderly that has all of the same things here.  Places for them to visit with others, activities to do, and some places to shop or go out to eat.  VERY COOL!!

This type of Motorcoach property is very appealing to me and many others. It sounds thoughtfully designed and if managed well should be successful. If it had an onsite golf course it would be perfect. Build it they will come.

This is the way to make some big money developing and running these high class lots and businesses!!
