Why not check out this reaction to another group of great Filipino artists next 🇵🇭 🎶https://youtu.be/HwvPkNAk02k

Wow! That was something! This is my first time seeing/hearing KZ, I'll have to look up more of her music. Thanks for the request and thanks for the honest r/a.

Every song she sang...she made her own...amazing singer.❤❤❤

For a total song transformation, in the very best way, watch KZ perform Adele's Rolling in the Deep from this same program....Singer 2020. Now that you know she can sing beautifully, the song opening will be less puzzling.

She sang the song in different genres in one pass

KZ does her own musical arrangement. Just saying. Chk her Rolling in the deep cover at the same competition.

Lorde and Pentatonix’s versions were a smooth glide on calm waters.  This version was a straight up roller coaster ride.  Very powerful and diverse.  Nothing to criticize in her performance.  The audience was engaged and she is definitely a talented singer.  This was my first time hearing her. Reminds me of some of the female rockers of the 1970s like Joan Jett, Grace Slick or Patti Smith.

Rap is harder for me to follow as well.  I watched Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl performance with the closed caption on because I could not listen that quickly.  My first real exposure to rap was Hamilton and the fantastic Daveed Diggs (yes I’m old).  It’s very rhythmic and can be fun.  You should see Pentatonix’s version of Macklemore and Lewis’s Can’t Hold Us.  It was early in their careers and it’s too much fun to see them rap.

I think it’s good to bring in new voices.  We never know what’s out there until we get out and listen.

Excellent analysis on quite a unique rendition of this song.

Woo! That was high octane!! Got the blood pumping.

No negativity here. I'm not a big fan of rap either, though Eminem is his own food group. I do, though, appreciate a brief section of rap in a non-rap song. It's like punctuation.

In any case, I liked KZ's version better than the original. If I can find a recording, I'm sure it'll go right into an energetic playlist.

Oh, I thought her pronunciations were cool, as well. 👌

Thanks for the introduction to this funky performer!

Please react to her perform of “Rolling in the Deep” in the same show and in the Wishbus. FYI, she arranges most, if not all, of her performances and she varies every performance of the same song to keep her audiences in their toes, so to speak.

I don't usually like reaction videos, just any random reactions , words, etc. but your reaction plus analysis makes all the pauses worth it. I feel like I understood more than just her performance because of this. Really good.❤❤❤ Just subscribed.

It’s also my first time watching KZ Tandingan and what a powerhouse on stage! Everything about this performance exudes talent, confidence and lots of energy💪Even when it’s not something I’d include in my playlists, it’s always a great experience when a totally different artist is analyzed on the channel because it opens new musical possibilities to be discovered and discussed, allowing us to learn even more from Sir Hairless – thank you for this very nice video!🙏Another amazing rendition of ‘Royals’ that I’d highly recommend is by Postmodern Jukebox featuring Puddles Pity Party – it’s my absolute favorite version of this song👌Finally, I have to mention that my heart skipped a beat every time the camara captured images of Hua Chenyu (the other participant of this competition dressed in a red garment): he is also a very flexible and talented singer/song-writer/performer that I hope will be analyzed in the future by our lovely and gifted host (but no pressure, Sir!)😊

You should try to react to Kz singing Say Something also on that singing show. Its a different Kz when she sings slow mellow songs too. Love the reaction Sir.

she arrange the cover songs on her own. What a talented woman. The two less lonely people song her version is more popular than the original here in ph 😂

Fun Fact = this is the same show that Dimash & Hua Chenyu came from (KZ can be seen many times viewing/behind the scenes of many of Hua Chenyu's videos/performances from that time) ♥

Jessie J is Kz's idol . Imagine ur idol is one of ur competitor.... Kz didn't do competition  she did a concert 😂   she's enjoying  the music in every performances...
Super proud as pilipino ❤
Kz's rap  kill me..😅

2026 ❤ lab you sirnohair thanks for showcasing filipino talents

Hola, según noticias, Dimash actuará en noviembre en el OVO  Arena Wembley de Londres, por si kieres volver a verlo 👏👏

she incorporated a  number of  genre' rock reggae jazz etc. even the intro its a Chinese thing they get mesmerized with those type of music which is clever because the audience is Chinese! very well thought of and a very good artist .....

for the intro, she used some of the tribal music from her island....

KZ is a chameleon, she arrange/produces her music, a rapper, ballad singer, pop-star, instruments player and many many more. she can even make trumpet sound thru her mouth, i recommend her rendition of Say Something from the same show Singer 2018 that one was phenomenal.
