[Kyoto Marathon 5 Days 4 Nights Trip, Exploring Century-Old Shops and Tasting Coffee and Pastries]

Hi everyone, I'm Lilyanne.
In mid-February, I went to Kyoto and completed my second marathon.
The entire marathon experience was amazing, from picking up race materials and exploring the Expo before the race to the race day itself with smooth logistics and a well-organized course. I deeply felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Kyoto.
One year after my first marathon, I decided to challenge myself to run a full marathon again. Despite the numerous long-distance training sessions, I was still very nervous standing at the starting line.
I'm thankful to my body and the weather for helping me finish the race. In two weeks, I will be running the Tokyo Marathon! XD

This trip wasn’t about sightseeing; it was all about eating, drinking, and refueling for the race. I visited several century-old shops and really envied the people of Kyoto for having such wonderful breakfast bakeries and coffee shops to enjoy.
