"It'll only take one week" IT TOOK HIM 3 YEARS BUT HE FINALLY DID IT

@FireDragon2618S 5 months ago

“I promised I’d get all of them in a week”

And after 3 years… “today I end it, I AM THE COOKIE CLICKER”

@damascusraven 3 years ago

This man spent a month on fking Cookie Clicker, then wrote a 25-minute script and managed to make every second entertaining. Amazing.

Dragoon isn't descending into madness. He's always been like this.

I love when Dragoon spends an overly large amount of time on these kind of games

As someone with 98% achievements, the 2% left being sugar lump related, I applaud this victory

i love it when he just goes "oh, it looks like there's no more matter left to make cookies out of" and we're only halfway through the video.

@FuryMaster 3 years ago

"But to understand, ill have to explain the Cthulu mythos" may be the best quote from cookie clicker ever

If the people responsible for fixing the problems in our society had half the patience and determination that dragoon has we'd be living like that one meme

Dragoon: "I finally have every building in the game!"
Orteil: "and I took that personally"

I love "It's probably fine"-type game design. Like the Minecraft mod Thaumcraft. One minute, you shoot funny magic lightning bolts, the next demons from beyond this realm are hunting you, you're creating tears in spacetime, the voices are starting to make sense and your sanity is at an all time low.
Lovely stuff.

Remember, it isn't a monopoly if others can still make their own cookies. It's just that your cookies are so overwhelmingy tasty thanks to your infinite eons of experience in making them, that people would rather buy them, than make their own.
