her threat to go to the press when they fired her to claim sexism etc. is reason why companies are going to think twice before hiring women and minorities and who can blame them with threats like that possible

Exposed brick really sounds dilapidated, falling apart, disheveled, condemned. It's like having a glass box and calling it an office, but in fact it's a cage at the zoo for observing animals.

Never mess with the people smarter than you that make your products. Those products keep you in a job as well. But then again people like her never understand that they aren't that smart.

You know why these stories are so captivating. Because it reflects the shadows and whispers of this stuff that we all experience in our workplaces. There's too much truth in these stories. And they help us plan how to navigate the minefields that this ideology is building around us. The destruction of productivity in many companies is a big part of the cost of living crisis, it really is that bad.

8:30 - oh? but why? werent they suppsoed to be quick learners? why do you still need the original team to support your disaster hires? if they are right for the job, why do they need the support fo the og team?
seriously this woman actively sabotaged the project, i mean imagine actively sabotaging a project by choosing people who have no idea how to use the sfotware and giving them elad roles, and then saying " i still dont think i was wrong" and " i was bringing this company into the modern age" you were destroying the company
