I suggest when making affirmations, or statements about yourself, you say: Im the type of person who... Who always wins lotteries or whatever. Who gets really lucky in love. And then nod your head in confirmation.
You nod your head when you agree with something, and it brings your body into agreement with what type of person you say you are.

Really felt what you’re saying here and please correct me if I’m misinterpreting. I use to tell myself how strange it was that if you get a new car, say a red car, all of a sudden you start seeing the same red car everywhere. Then I would just brush it off and say oh, well, I’m just aware of this car now and that’s why I’m noticing it. But a red car was being held in awareness so awareness showed more red cars. So if a problem is held in awareness, awareness is not going to give you solution but problem, problem, problem, with no actual physical solution because it’s reflecting what imagination was giving to awareness. So if solution was held, not the word but the feeling of it already being done, then there just wouldn’t be a problem or even a need for a solution. Just directionless flow. The feeling would just be of not “having a problem” because I’m not aware of problems because they don’t actually stand out to awareness. There really isn’t a problem, nor could I be a problem to solve lol.

I was literally sitting here crying my eyes out. Just frustrated over the past 7 years. I have been traumatized and abused in the past, I appreciate you addressing that, I gave up and sold the home of my dreams because of that and just want it all back. I have always liked and cared about myself. 19:44 These people saying you’re a victim
I have always asked myself what do I want and why? This is one of the first times, well I have done it a few times over the past few years, what does my soul want?
I agree with the power of now. When my Dad was missing from his nursing home I was listening to the audio book. I was so stressed out I just pulled over and sat in my car imaging that he was safe and hearing the workers saying he is here. He had Alzheimer’s and had wandered into someone else’s room and gotten into bed.

You are in my awareness when I close my eyes yes yes, I now watch in my awareness how my home appears and feels, my garden, my partner, my like-minded friends fun times, laughing, connecting, adventures, 🙌🙌🙌 and opening ny eyes to feel my God self awareness bigger than my body size I now realise when I thought of a memory its not just in my head its inner and outer of me... Feeling so good, without trying 👊👊👊🥰💖

Brilliant explanation!
I would just add that when you stay with the silent awareness, you will start breaking down the subconscious material that has been repressed and creating the “screen” for you and consequently the experiences you dislike. You will start purging repressed painful emotions and mental patterns. Thought patterns + Emotions= the reality you see in the screen.

There is no change, consciousness expansion, manifestation, enlightenment without Emotional Healing.

But somehow I hardly hear anyone speaking about that and how to heal when you are not yet going through a Kundalini awakening process. ❤

I've been on this journey to manifest the means to buy a sailing boat for over 3 years.
I know the problem is me, and that I've failed for the want if a better word.
It's ok that dreams die sometimes.

Seriously one of your best videos. Very timely for me. Key takeaways, watch and let your thoughts breathe without judgement, don’t go directly back to your life after visualization, 3D is your anchor, let it go. Release your family from your prison by speaking good about them, even when it “looks” bad. Amazing Chris, thank you. 🟦🔺
