One of the verses in the Quran that raises profound questions is the Almighty's statement:

“Allah is He Who created seven heavens and of the earth, their like.”
If the earth we know is one… then where are the other six earths?

Are they layers? Continents? Planets? Or other worlds unknown to us?

And why has this matter remained shrouded in mystery in both ancient and modern interpretations?

In this episode, we attempt to explore the concept of the seven earths from the Quran, Sunnah, exegesis, and Islamic tradition, posing questions many avoid:

What does “earth” even mean?

Could the problem lie not only in the location of the earths… but also in our understanding of the earth itself?

A new episode from Al Bawaba delves into one of the most intriguing and intriguing topics.

I'm Sharif Ali Wadi… Al Bawaba.

Watch the episode to the end… because the most shocking part isn't the number of earths, but rather what has been said about some of what lies within them. #TheGate
