We all have a lifelong challenge... it is dieting!
Everyone has likely resolved to go on a diet at least once.
But... what were the results? Did you succeed?
The dream of dieting that everyone resolves to achieve but fails to realize.
In fact, it is said that there is a separate reason why weight doesn't come off.
Why do we struggle to lose weight?
What did we do wrong?
What should we do to achieve a body that doesn't gain weight?
Today, we will discuss body fat with our special guest, Dr. Woo Chang-yoon, an endocrinologist and host of the YouTube channel 'Doctor Friends'.
