■Profile of Hirofumi Kitayama

Born March 2, 1967, as the eldest son of the Kitayama family, he devoted himself to baseball more than academics during elementary, middle, and high school, learning the importance of greetings, manners, and human relationships. After graduating from Matsusaka Technical High School in his hometown, he apprenticed as a carpenter at Ishida Construction at his father's suggestion. At the age of 28, he completed his first master carpentry job, becoming the 7th generation master carpenter of Kitayama Construction.

Later, at the age of 34, he shifted the family business to a corporation, establishing "Kitayama Construction Co., Ltd." on May 21, 2001. He continues to build homes with a consistent motto of "a lifelong relationship with our customers," focusing on face-to-face interaction.
