That letter that was meant for Gilbert gave me so much anxiety. This love story is so unique. I need more of this show, I hate Netflix  or whoever did it for canceling it.

Whose crying because they cancelled this amazing show #renewannewithane😭

The thing is Gilbert didn’t fall in love with Anne slowly. Love literally hit him in the damn face hahah (when Anne hit him with the slate lol)

i'm sobbing. imagine being able to love someone like they love each other

Amybeth is Anne. That actress brought her to life and makes you fall in love with her. Cheer for her and see her bloom into a beautiful smart young woman. I think Amybeth did a perfect job in doing exactly what the author wanted us to see in Anne. Amybeth deserves a prize for this. Shes one of the best actresses I've seen. In fact they all were great. The whole cast. Beautifully acted by all of them they all did a good job in bringing the characters into life, but the main character Anne, Amybeth nailed it! That girl can act.

That scene of diana and Gilbert on that train and loved they way Diana told off Gilbert.

I seriously don't understand Netflix's decision to cancel the show, even with its popularity and large viewing, and the love that this show received. Apparently its because there weren't enough viewers in the 24-50 year old audiences, but it's a coming-of-age story about a teenage girl. Why would 50 year olds watch it???(Edit: Ignorant me forgot the show was based on books written years ago). It's such a breath of fresh air from the shows that are typically on now, and the fact that Riverdale keeps getting renewed but Anne With An E didn't absolutely baffles me.

if gilbert doesnt listen to mary imma cry

I didn't know anne with an e could be this good tho it's been on my list for months. I binged the whole series for only 3 days and invested so much emotion just to find out it was cancelled??? It's the best thing i've watched on netflix for quite some time– not to mention the casts' performances are very good. Here i am craving for more. Hope they reconsider the show's renewal.

Anne: what’s holding you back?

Gilbert: carrots

The most anxiety’s moments in Anne with a E

When Anne couldn’t like him
When the letter got destroyed
When Anne basically said she didn’t love him
When Diana almost left and couldn’t see Anne anymore
When Gilbert’s dad died
When Anne cut her hair
When Gilbert left
When Gilbert was going to marry someone else
And when dianna told Gilbert about the letter and everything

I've drowned in Shirbert

And I don't want to be rescued

Netflix:cancells show

me: I QUIT NETFLIX!

I'm just gonna smack Netflix for canceling this show

1:32 "I think Gilbert might have been asking me if I love him, and I think I told him to marry someone else." That part killed me. I replayed a couple of times.

Gilbert better not marry Winifred. He doesn't love her. He needs to tell Anne this time. He needs to take Mary's advice and marry for love which is Anne.

we need a season 4

Gilbert didn't fall in love slowly.... It hit him fast like a chalk board.

If our ship sinks, Then we’re  all going to drown

He's so in love with her. He's been in love with her ever since he met her and fell for her more after she hit him with the slate. Every moment he sees her he falls deeper in love with her

Gilbert: you’re pretty, i’m cute
Anne: together we’d be pretty cute
