Chicken thigh — 1 piece

1. Cut the green onion into 3 cm pieces.
2. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
3. Thread the chicken and green onion alternately onto bamboo skewers.
4. Season with (A) and grill over charcoal.

1. Cut the green pepper into easy-to-eat pieces and remove the seeds.
