My mom arrived from Cuba… and the first time she walked into a supermarket in Spain was a moment neither of us will ever forget. 🥹
The shock of the scarcity she experienced her whole life in Cuba and the abundance of food we have here in Spain is real, it's intense, and it's something very few people understand unless they've lived it.
This video is emotional, it's honest, and it reflects something many Cubans and families in the diaspora know all too well.
✨ If your family also emigrated or you're familiar with this reality, this video is for you.
