EDIT: On the hair-tangle performance, while I did let the robot run to try and detangle the hair during my initial tests, I later realized I did not let it run long enough. With further testing, giving it more time showed that the brush rolls do eventually detangle the hair on their own, meaning in normal use you should not see hair remaining tangled on the brush.

This was released late last year in Australia. I grabbed one on sale and am thoroughly impressed with it.

I think you'll find that most the hiccups you encountered have since been resolved via a string of firmware updates. This has been the case for my unit.

I wish it had auto detergent dispensing and a side brush that could extend into corners. Would also be nice if it could detect when the dock's dustbin bag was full, or at the very least, detect when one isn't installed.

I too find it odd that they released a roller mop on their mid range tier first, but am looking forward to seeing what they improve when a Saros variant is released.

Roller mops are the future for robot vacs, they just work so darn well.

I believe the hair test wasn’t conducted as intended. If you were to run it on a full cycle, like a regular user would, the hair should gradually move towards the center of the intake until it’s eventually sucked in. However, you simply had it suck up a clump of hair and then turned it over. Could you try again, but let it suck up the hair somewhere in the house before a full run?

The app has removed the "mop only" feature, but Roborock says this feature is still available in zone cleaning mode. Is that true?

Can you compare it to the roborock spin mops vacuums? How they compare ? Even to the QV 35S

Could you please do a simple “white paper towel test” after washing the floor, to check whether the towel stays clean or not?
Very few people do this, but it’s really the ultimate test.
For example, I do this with my Roborock F25 Ace, and the white paper towel stays completely clean.
I’d really like to understand whether robot floor washers can actually clean as well as manual floor washers.
