I think they keep building in all these areas that don’t need it so they can take away natural lands and ruin all.  In Ocala they have shown many of the builders are county commissioners.  A conflict of interest.

Have NO idea what what MaprGtow is and I’ve lived here (born here) for 11 years. Also we recently moved (2 yrs ago) here from Sarasota and you drove right by our street(off Deltona) and we love living here. We have a really cool street with great neighbors and our house is already worth more than we paid for it. I know every county has a bad side. No doubt about that but we’re really grateful to actually have the keys to our place.

Hey, you guys are in my town😀. Wished you guys would’ve drove out  the direction of Turner Camp Rd.  very nice developments going in. A bunch of dirt roads out there also the further you go out that I have yet to explore only being here 6 months. I’d say they would make excellent content.

There’s a very good Italian restaurant called Angelo’s in town as well

don't forget citrus is  mainly retirees .. most of the houses with unkept yards are the snowbirds who won't be here in FL until october /november.. not for sale hence no signs .. the new builds are avil everywhere .. these LLC's purchased hundreds of properties and are overbuilding .. also clearing out lots of land removing trees and destroying our roads  with their machinery .. i hope the market fails so hard for them .. builders are renting out new builds now because they can't sell them as fast as they are building them ..

I lived in Sumter county Florida for 17 years

It would make a lot of sense for retirees to rent and not buy.  Best to have their cash free for emergencies rather than tied up in mortar and brick.

I'd take this place over Miami any day.
