I thought the pink line was a special lifting analysis app...then I realized his phone is just fucked.

Honestly, watching the technical improvements is just as exciting as the huge lifts. You can really see the difference. These vids with Gabriel have been a pleasure to watch.

It's the most difficult movement to master, once again kudos to Sincraian for giving you constructive criticism.

Gabriel is a GENIUS, who should do seminars - he is waaaay more technically deliberate and thoughtful than others. His cues are tremendous!

Sincraian breaks down the finer points so well. Hope he gets to coach the Romanian team or something later on perhaps. Either way happy that he gets to teach

I never did deadlifts until I saw you do a 750lb one clean as hell. I'm three weeks in and weigh 136lbs and today and I hit 205x1 with perfect form Thank you for the motivation!

I’m a 30 year old who is well versed in weightlifting terminology. With that being said, I’ll never be mature enough for the title of this video.

You can see how the little details we don't really think about are what really matter at the end. Awesome.
