Strict rules and a tightly structured training program: Anyone wanting a career in the German Armed Forces needs perseverance and ambition. And they must be prepared to serve in crisis zones as part of an overseas deployment. Nevertheless, young men and women take on this challenge every year.

The German Armed Forces remain a popular training ground for those who dream of flying. However, applicants face a rigorous testing phase to ensure they receive the highest level of pilot training.
...`` Anyone aspiring to an officer career undergoes rigorous testing at the German Armed Forces' Leadership Assessment Center in Cologne. Each year, 6,500 applicants complete all the tests over three days. However, only 2,500 pass. Those who aspire to become pilots must pass the most demanding flight psychology tests.

Who will prevail against your tough competition?
