Charlotte County Sheriff's deputies respond to a disturbance call at an Outback Steakhouse after a woman is reported climbing into a stranger's parked Jeep Grand Cherokee. Witnesses tell deputies the woman, later identified as Morgan Welch, got into the back seat before getting back out on her own.
