The "Why didn't you....DODGE!" part was a joke that TFS missed originally. They released the episode, and one of the OG comments was asking why they didn't make that joke. To their immediate and instant regret, and followed by making a note of it for when they did Kai.

You guys should definitely watch Yu-Gi-Oh The Abridged series. You don’t have to watch the original series to understand what’s happening

That tutor was real. He talked shit about Goku always fighting and never being there. Chi Chi literally opened a window and threw his ass out once she overheard it.

The DBS clips are in fact TFS! They just never posted them to Youtube, only Twitter. Which is why it's been compiled and uploaded by someone else.

Sad you skipped the Vinegar intervirew, it's really funny.

Regarding the whipping, that was part of that arc. It also seemed to be a common trope in the 80s. I've seen it a couple of times before.

They weren't setting up a Hellsing abriged series, they were referencing another series that they had running at the same time as DBZA (It started after DBZA began but ended before it ended). It's also really good and you guys should check it out.

9:18 that actually is TFS they worked with another content creator to make those Super bits

They really skipped ZPR....

Please watch Dragon Shortz, Buu Bits and HFIL. Only then will you have the full DBZA experience. Also, the Super thing was done by Team Four Star, it was just a collection of shorts they made.

@Gashadokuro3310 2 years ago

Their HFIL series are absolutely worth the watch and it's their continuation of doing things with characters they've built up.

You really skipped Vinegar's NPR interview?

@LordKrosis90 2 years ago

Definitely gotta watch the "Cell Vs" series. I'm surprised you guys missed it during your original watch through.

The whipping happened...in filler, much like the Garlic Jr. saga, Chi-Chi didn't know about the whipping and kicked his ass when she learned

Vampa is where Broly was too

6:49 - That was actually a flubbed line that they left in to use by having Vegeta interrupt him by coughing up blood

@wessltov 2 years ago

There actually is a Pokémon Abridged series. That's why there are 2 videos for Cell VS Pokémon: one in the style of DBZA, and one in their own style

@WhopsInc. 2 years ago

17:54, you skipped the joke at the end. That whole ZPR books thing was obviously still part of the episode

@Froobygooby 2 years ago

Actually that Dragon Ball Super Abridged in the playlist was Team Four Star. They basically did these like single joke 5-15 second clips from Super while it was coming out. There’s like 6 of them and it’s mostly making light of even that were happening at the time in Super rather than a TFS take on the events and characters like with DBZA and Buu Bits.
