Both players didn't really throw bad shots, but EJ got away with some. The right lane sold Belmo clearly, considering he only got one strike on the right lane with only one shot being bad (missing the headpin in the 4th)

Why is the right lane hooking so much harder doesn't it have more oil?

If I really needed the strike in the 9th like Belmo I would have just tossed a straight ball as hard as I could at the pocket.
