💁🏻‍♂️ I'm Maxim Nikolashin, a YouTube producer. I've been creating content for over 7 years and have worked with over 50 channels. In this video, I discuss why a video gets views in the first 24 hours, but then suddenly dies after 48 hours—and what you actually need to do to get views.

You'll learn the mistakes creators make every day and ruin their videos: why metrics (CTR and retention) don't equal views, how to choose the right topic, why you shouldn't confuse the algorithm with different formats, why a channel needs a narrow audience, why it's dangerous to send videos to friends and family, how consistency affects the algorithm's trust, and what's the main factor for growth on YouTube?
