The house had been abandoned for some time since the client's mother passed away, and it was overgrown with weeds, the windows were broken, and there were signs that someone had broken in.
This time, the client said they had come to terms with their feelings, so they left everything to us. This request also included consultations on demolition and selling.
The house was so overgrown that it was impossible to enter, so we first removed the weeds on another day. We then proceeded with the recovery work, carefully sorting and collecting the items to ensure smooth demolition and sale.
Although there was damage to the ceiling, walls, and floors, all of our staff worked carefully and were able to complete the recovery safely.
We provided support up until the demolition at a later date.

石田社長さんは私より10歳近くお若いんじゃないかなーと思うのですが、コメントに親近感があって面白いです＾＾。あんま機とか、扇風機とか、黒電話とか、懐かしいですね。
売るに売れない地形で、場所も不便。
市の空き家補助金制度を使って処分したのですが、それでもお金かかったそうです。
不動産屋さんに売却を断られたり、相続問題で揉めていたり、空き家にはそれぞれの事情があるのですね。
今回の空き家も、きっと近所から色々言われていたであろうと思います。
今後は身寄りのない高齢者も増えますし、空き家問題は多くなりそうです。
