This is exactly how my grandmother's generation achieved this look in the 30s & 40s. Then came hair spray and then Gel. The idea was to get away from using all the pins, especially since you had to redo the styles daily.

I get headaches so fast, all those hair pins in my hair would give me severe migraines.

Gorgeous, she didn't even need makeup.

I swear, I wish I could use hair pins like him. Mines are loose and poking my scalp. I love pins though. I have to get my skills up. Love it.

This was a very elegant hairstyle however the filter does not support us in seeing the true of beauty of the model nor the makeup.

In my own understanding and observations so far, I think the men who are in this industry tend to understand, know how to manage and handle our type of natural hair more than some of the women 🤔 Or am I over observing and thinking? 🤔😊

Very beautiful. The model looks like she's going to a wedding or is the bride to be. The make up looks very nice and isn't over the top. She looks very elegant ❤
