Are good by using "hot wire cutting" on density foams? I try the hot wire method (home made) by setting up a nichrome wire vertical to the working table, yes it cut, but with difficultly, during the cut if i hesitate just a bit the foam melted and mess up on the cutting lines.

How do you cut a 45° cut or any angle cut on 6 inch phone?

Do you mind if I ask where you buy your foam blocks from?
