Really happy with the way this video come together. My personal favorite photos were the William Eggleston inspired square photos. Thanks for watching!

I was running a GFX 100S for years. I sold that and bought the Hasselblad. Three things that prompted that: the direct link to the past and my 500CM, the minimalist controls and menus, and the meditative, slow experience of shooting with it. The GFX system was awesome and I loved it. But the 907x CFV100C transformed the act of shooting landscapes. The camera is definitely not for everyone, but for me it's close to perfect.

I liked the city photos. You can tell the image quality is different from your other videos so it was a good comparison

I’m here in Singapore and am going to pick up this system on Monday - I’ve been shooting with Leica (SL2 and SL#) for the past several years and love that ecosystem. I’m looking forward to this new experience.
Thanks for the great video

I said it on threads but I think this is the most unique or in my exact words dope camera I have ever seen. I think from aesthetics to function it has a special and inspiring way of ticking the boxes. That classic retro identity modernized with current tech just seems incredible. The camera just makes you want to use it

Every reviewer insists on handholding the 907x without a neck strap. Why? Use a neck strap and look down onto the foldout sensor. Far less shake.

The experience you describe is mine with the X2D. I've considered this form factor but if I pull the trigger I think it will be to return to film on a 501C. Explaining what it is like to shoot a Hassy is like trying to explain what it is like to read a real paper newspaper to someone who has only read one online.

I was waiting for this video. Beautiful camera and amazing photos.

Hasselblad is my dream camera if I can ever afford it. I appreciate cameras that require you to slow down and think before you shoot. I periodically pull out a film camera for that reason.

This is just my opinion but I would only use this for studio work. Speaking of which, how do you attach a trigger to it?

Have you reviewed an older model with the digital back?

It’s a pretty nice system. Using a GFX 100 II currently, and looking at this for travel purposes. Compact and can build around it. How’s the battery life?

Hey Evan, I got your photography course and your full preset pack. I tried to contact you several times via your website and per email with a question, but got no response whatsoever to this day :( is there a „better“ way to reach you or are you just „incredibly busy“…? 😐 Olli from Germany

For the price of a new Leica M body you get way better images, IBIS 16 bit color and HNCS and HNNR. And you can hang a lens better than what Wetzlar does off the front of it. Streets better. Autofocus.
