What is ASMR?
(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)
a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
"ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage"

Truly thought I was the only person that got that irritable feeling when someone keeps rubbing the same spot. You gotta move around or else it starts to feel like you're getting your skin slowly scraped off. Glad you get that as well. That's why I love these videos

I never saw a more delicate and acneless back in my life 😭

This is the platonic affection we all need.

I wish this type of massage was more mainstream/accessible 😭 what I’d pay to have someone do this. Feels just as if not more relaxing than a traditional massage!

This needs to be a "thing" after the pandemic is over! 30 minutes of back scratches, then you have the room for a one hour nap.

Her back is so clear and soft than my face 😂

I LOVE that you change up the touch so the skin doesn't get overly sensitized to one type of touch. I have watched videos where the same touch is used on the same small section of skin for 30 min and I am crawling the wall because I know I couldn't stand that, lol. Also I've seen you do light touch alternating with deeper massage and that is lovely. Again thank you for taking such good care of your participants on your channel - it's really beautiful work! ❤️😘

I need this more accessible. No one ever does back scratching like this. Anyone I ask, even show, does it in one spot for like 2 minutes and quits. This woman needs it all over and very lightly. I love this video, but now I really need to con someone into doing it for me haha.

I really love to watch your hands. The way you move them and touch theres something which give me tingles. Very relaxing! 👍

"I just think that longer nails are more aesthetically pleasing when it comes to videos like this." YESSS!!! I feel like these kinds of asmr videos are less common as it is, and a lot of the ones I come across have very short nails. I can't get tingles unless the videos feature longer nails.

Plllease do more of these! My mum used to trace my back like this when I was little, and it was the most conforting thing in the world. Your videos bring back those tingles and memories ❤

I once was dating this guy who would always rub my hand or knee with his thumb for SO LONG and I realized my skin became irritated very quickly. Felt nice for .5 seconds🤣 so it's lovely to see other people understand that same sensation!

I love the slow and light hand movements. It's one of my favorite triggers. Your whisper voice suits it perfectly too

I always preferred having my back scratched over my shirt as a kid because the skin did get very irritated when someone would just scratch the same spot. You are the first ASMR channel I have seen that acknowledges this. Every time I watch a back scratch vid and the person has red lines all over their back I wonder if it really felt nice at all. Great video!

I find the combination of scratching and whispering, very relaxing. The longer nails are very pretty, too. Thank you 💖

I'm going to show this video to my boyfriend, so he can understand how I like to be caressed to sleep and relax after a long day. I'm also learning how to pamper him when he needs to get rid of stress 😍
Thank you Chels ASMR for your videos! You really are the best! 💖

Why would anyone dislike this video? There is nothing not enjoyable in this, great job 🤩🤩

My ex-girlfriend used to scratch my back with her nails very often and it was so good and so relaxing that I never wanted it to stop. It was like heaven on Earth. I wanted it to just go on forever, and sometimes I'd even plead with her to keep it going a little longer because I was loving it so much!

Now this is the back scratching video I didn't know I needed, but now can't live without. I'm absolutely LOVING the colabs between you and Katie too! Yet something else I didn't know I needed but I definitely DO! Thank you 🤩😍🥰🙌
