In this podcast, I talk about trauma bonding, narcissistic collapse, narcissistic rage, discard phases, and what really happens when a narcissist loses their primary source of validation and control. When I left the narcissist I found myself sleeping a lot, like my neurological system was realigning. I realize I was being drained spiritually. My faith in our Creator helped restore me. I can see how dark they are now.

Once you realize your need to be "kind" to validate your worth is the wound that put you there, you start to treat people accordingly and stop accepting anything. When I healed I figured out it is usually not just the partner or a narcissist that you have formed bad relationships with. Change yourself and the world around you will change. I'm living it. My Marc (malignant + narc) completely fell to pieces when I left. The decline was insane! He looked dreadful after only 6 months!!

Go girl, you broke it down expertly. This is a true fact. Every time I see my ex narc she looks malnourished. Like she’s getting worse and worse. And has been hoovering me like crazy. We know why; she’s starving. But when I was with her she looked vibrant though she was so evil. I know this is true. I was keeping her youthful through my energy. Just like a blood sucking vampire. And I was always exhausted! This is not a myth. 👊🏽🌹

I'm 45. Been with the narc for over 20 years. I have aged; I pray that once I'm free, I can heal. I pray the negative effects can be reversed. Understanding what has happened to us can be a shock to our system. Peace & blessings to everyone affected by narcissistic abuse ❤

You really understand when you leave them how much they drained your life force, because if they can’t replace your level of energy then they DO go downhill and it can be very rapid! Depending on circumstances.

I never in my life knew anything about Narcissists, etc , before I met him. He’d call everyone a narcissist that didn’t agree with him or anyone that challenged him. The more he’d try to manipulate me, he’d push me closer to the word. More fighting, more reading I did. I stayed and prayed for him for 7 years, I finally removed myself and have stayed in no contact for 4 months, which is a celebration for me. I will continue to go on my healing journey. He didn’t love me, he loved my hand.

I saw this in the narcissist that I was with before I left. She was looking her age after I left. She obviously hooked up with the new supply and I’m not kidding. She looked about 20 years younger. I also noticed something else in each photograph of the narcissist she looks the same but slightly different if that makes any sense so the features are the same but somehow she looks different. I believe that’s because they take on the looks of their victim to a certain degree as well this is truly demonic.

My narc has been arrested for cocaine , finally she is in jail and I have had total peace for the last 8 days, thank you GOD, because I have not been able to escape the trauma bond, She has caused me so much grief over the past 3 yrs , I have been in hospital for stroke and just torture from this evil demon, thank you nelly for all your help, my ex narc hopefuly will get a couple mounts in jail, maybe just maybe I can rebuild myself and never see her again but the bond is strong and keeps remembering the good times, and they were full on lovebomb to the top, but she is a total evil demon, I do hope she goes to prison, she mite, she got busted with alot of drugs, but i feel so happy this past 8 days of no contact, made easy by her being in jail

Yes🎉 it was five years of narcissistic, abuse, and a workplace situation and the narcissist in my inner circle family literally felt like I was going to die. It really affected my adrenal system.

I have noticed the aging process with at least 5 different people. It is a bit more than aging though, I perceive it is that their true inner ugliness is bleeding out into their physical features. They become who they really are, they cannot keep the mask from slipping.
I do not gloat about it nor ever have wished for revenge, as this is what they want you to feel. It is as if they are trying to turn us into them.
I have learned to step into a state of non emotional indifference with these people, and they leave. I am beginning to think that they are not even human, but are inhabited by some other non-human spirit. One of my sisters was stealing, blackmailing, threatening, triangulating when she was 3 years old. She did it naturally, effortlessly, matter of factly. 15 years ago she discarded the entire family because we started making a few healthy boundaries (please don't call me after you have been drinking), she was 50 years old at that time and she looked a haggardly, leatherly 80, also her inner wickedness (or maybe a lack of inner beauty) showed.
Stepping into the state of Indifference prevents the rape and pillaging of our emotional energy.

My mom... :'( She has looked like a child her entire adult life... Until I began distancing myself... Now she looks so frail. My heart hurts, doesn't matter how much she hurt me. I still hurt. I keep praying for her, that God will save her.

24 years with a narcissist I have seen a lot and this video is so true my ex after I left it was shocking he lost so many people in his family after I left . When I saw my ex his teeth where straight up yellow and he had these really dark circles around his eyes he was so thin it was sad . I’m still no contact and he has hovered though other people and I’m so happy I left they they to come back to finish destroying you stay no contact yall❤
