Russia says it launched a massive overnight strike targeting Ukraine’s defence industry, including facilities allegedly linked to Fire Point and the production and storage of Flamingo cruise missiles and long-range drones. Moscow said the attacks struck sites across Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Kharkiv regions, as well as port and ship-repair infrastructure in the Odesa region. Russia also claimed a dry cargo vessel carrying military and dual-use supplies for Ukrainian forces was hit, while Russian units reported separate strikes on Ukrainian UAV command posts in the Kharkiv direction. The claims could not be independently verified, and Kyiv has not confirmed the full extent of the reported damage.
