I am FINALLY going to play an ENTIRE game of Crusader Kings 3 from START to END! Playing an ENTIRE mega campaign from the 867 start date all the way to 1453… with Jarl Haesteinn and his dynasty!

In this video, we begin as Jarl Haesteinn, the most infamous Viking in Crusader Kings 3. From his humble county of Montaigu, we'll carve out an empire and follow his bloodline through nearly 600 years of medieval history. Kings will rise. Emperors will fall. Generations of Haesteinn's descendants will be born, rule, conquer, and die in a glorious cycle of heroism, betrayal, plotting, revenge, and redemption.

This is the ultimate Crusader Kings 3 adventure. A full Haesteinn dynasty run. Hundreds of years of Viking conquest, crusades, succession crises, alliances, empire building, and completely unhinged dynasty drama as we push one legendary bloodline from the Viking Age to the dawn of the Renaissance.

Our goal is simple: take Haesteinn further than he has ever gone before. Forge a dynasty worthy of legend, survive every catastrophe Crusader Kings 3 can throw at us, and see just how much of history one Viking can rewrite over six centuries.

Can the descendants of Jarl Haesteinn survive from 867 to 1453? Can one Viking dynasty outlive kingdoms, empires, and entire eras of history? Or will Crusader Kings 3 finally bring an end to the greatest Viking story ever told? Find out in the ultimate Crusader Kings 3 mega campaign.

All the way to the end!

Alfridr is a real one, fighting against her own husband to defend her brother, sacrificing her face for him, and then choosing to go with him when he is betrayed by the rest of the family. That's loyalty right there. Wherever he goes to gain the power to take revenge, he should remember her and make sure to set her up with tons of power and land when he gets it. Personally, I think he should go to the Byzantine Empire. Become a true Varangian veteran. Ironically, turning to those that defeated his father to gain the power and knowledge to destroy his treacherous family.

Sailing east, holding one of his daughters in his arms, Haesteinn thought deeply, as deep as the blue seas on the horizon. The warm, young body of his child made him slightly sentimental, filled with grief and, understandably, anger about what had happened. Thoughts about revenge, unwanted but inescapable, crawled in his mind. But how? How would one defeat such a foe, who had already crushed him at his strongest? The answer came in the north, as they sailed next to Sicily. Old stories about his father, the dream of conquering the Mediterranean, and the crushing defeat in Sicily, despite multiple allies. As an adventurer, Haesteinn could go anywhere. So why not go to learn the ways of those who bested even his father? "Sail north-east!", he shouted loudly. "We're going to Byzantium!"
