Every character Tilly plays is either socially inept or totally unhinged and I'm fully here for it.

"Profanity Jane", "Tilly the Kid"
the story hasn't even started and it's already my favorite, these names are genius

That "Daddy always said kill them with kindness" "How did he die?" "Kindness." Joke was really obvious but also really tickled me.

As a resident german, Lories character should have been spelled "Fackenhauer-Schlang" Which would sound exactly as advertised in an english accent... and would be a combination of two last names that actually exist.

Always a joy watching Laurie groan internally every time he recognizes a mythos element

Dom is a master practitioner of "facial hair acting"... 😊

Laurie playing a female character and Tilly playing a male character so well is just RPG perfection. This was just the right balance of goofy and serious.

Wish we had gotten a finishing stinger of, like, "the tesla drives away and the license plate reads "LDYBITS"" or something

I love the continuity of the key appearing in all Call of Cthulhu episodes. It feels like Dom has grand plans.

DAMN Dom's opening monologue accent was crazy well done.
This does bring to mind the Red Dread Redemption episode. I hope Tom is doing ok, we haven't seen him in so long.

I'm only 23 minutes in, and already we've had the utter gold of Jane's married name and Tilly the Kid's 'horse'. This is going to be amazing!

Easter Egg: The Pinkerton Agency was the predecessor to the FBI.
Russo was the name of one of the Agents in The Y-Files episode.
Pinkerton Russo is either an ancestor or a prior incarnation.

I see Call of Cthulhu, I click. Phenomenal series

I particularly love the gang's steadily falling enthusiasm for succeeding on Spot Hidden rolls over the course of this entire series. :D

The poor Navajo NPC general store manager! Waited the whole scenario for someone to show up then when he finally gets a chance to come on stage Dom forgets his name! Whereupon he just says "Nope" to the rest of the adventure and goes back to the store. Legend has it that he is still there, waiting for a PC to come in.... (The way Dom handled this was just hilarious).

I feel like a CofC session set in the trenches of ww1 could be a really interesting setting with lots of opportunities for interesting characters and storytelling

A new Call of Cthulhu here AND on Mystery Quest??? Its a dream come true

The range, THE RANGE of this man called Dominic! *slow 👏 so impressive

Dom: "i was crazy once..."
my brain: "THEY LOCKED ME IN A ROOM. A RUBBER ROOM. A RUBBER ROOM WITH RATS. THE RATS MADE ME CRAZY. CRAZY? I WAS CRAZY ONCE." [etc]
