"But make it yourself... is very romantic." Words!

"My god i can feed so many people."  That's a really great thing you said. Thanks so much for this lesson.

Gennaro seems like the coolest grandpa you could possibly have! Imagine getting to visit for a weekend and how excited he would be to teach you how to make pasta by hand!

Me currently at home because of corona
Him: You can find this at any supermarket
Me..... are you sure

I use this recipe with my daughters every time we make pasta. They insist that we watch the video while we make the dough. Thanks for sharing dudes!

Not sure if in love with pasta

or Gennaro.😅

“Make it yourself, it’s very romantic” I love this phrase! Your kitchen reminds me of my grandmothers farm kitchen. Food was always more satisfying knowing that it was cooked on that wood stove. ♥️

I couldn't get 00 flour, so used general purpose flour, which I sifted twice, and it all worked out really well. First time I've ever made pasta, and the difference between home-made and shop-bought is phenomenal. Well worth the small effort and very satisfying. You gotta love Gennaro!

1:19 "look at these eggs.. THE INCREDIBLES!" I love this man

I love watching him cook. He has such a love and a passion for what he does. A truly incredible chef.

It's like he's my grandfather and this is just a normal Sunday afternoon.

Gennaro, Jamie and all the people who work at Food Tube. You know have been aware, but it is good to repeat: you're fantastic. I simply love your videos teaching us your perfect recipes. Let's say that making the perfect pasta dough is romantic and exciting, but the last time I have followed Jamie's tips, my wrists have hurt for several hours. The food processor is great and the dough machine is also fantastic. Since I have been watching your videos, here at home we only make pasta. Keep it up beautiful and fantastic people from Food Tube. You rock.

What a lovely man, passion for cooking without the hype.

Love his calm passion, and the way you can tell he learnt his English from a cockney lad/lass.

I love how he loves everything about the experience! ...sound of the table, color of the eggs...the romance of it!

I love his passion and enthusiastic delivery.

How can anyone dislike this?

Just made pasta for the first time! Thanks to this video it was perfect.

Thanks to Gennaro I Learnt how to pasta. Thanks Gennaro

My husband (who was married to professional chef before her untimely death) always tells me my food tastes great because he can taste the love in it.  Love is a real ingredient.
