2:44 kinda, yes, but because skz makes pretty noisy music a lot of men like them too! at concerts i've seen my fair share of middle aged metal dads there because they like the music lol
15:59 it's not their concert but an award show they are known for turning award shows into a concert now they usually put them last to perform if they are to perform because of it😂😂😂
4:45 Yes please! Both to their studio sessions (often included in their album intros but sometimes also separate) and to their Skz Code There are a lot more different content to react to for example the Game Caterers show that was included here, they had 10 different JYPE groups there including Stray Kids. A lot of the clips in this complication were also from their concert travel vlogs Skz Talker & Skz Talker Go
17:30 yes! Their budget used to be small and now it's huge. Definitely recommend watching their MV filming videos 18:20 unless their group disbands, people do go into acting, start their own labels, some start up their own shows and podcasts. But tbh, a lot of K-pop artists are still actively making music, K-pop only just started in the 90s so the majority of the groups are less than 20years old. So the only change is, they do more solo activities in the later years. Stray Kids is only in their 9th year. They are just starting their mandatory military service period in the near future. We don't know what they will do after that is over. It might take a few years. Probably until 2031 unless some of the younger ones go sooner to get it over with earlier
Hi, glad to see you reacting to more SKZ! These compilations are honestly much funnier to people who know the inside jokes and a lot more about the members. It would be AMAZING to watch you react to one of their recording sessions (they have them for almost every album). It wouldn’t be boring at all—I promise we fans eat that sh*t up! I hope you will do more of their music, too!
P.S. BTS, Black Pink, and Stray Kids are currently the biggest kpop groups worldwide. They all have a lot of awards. Stray Kids are the junior group out of the three, however, and they still have some catching up to do against their seniors (they also don’t make mainstream music and thus receive almost zero radio play). If I could offer some friendly advice at the beginning of your K-pop journey: Don’t listen too much to anything that isn’t positive or strictly about the music/group you are currently reacting to on a video. For SOME fans, K-pop is like a giant, viscous sports league where every group is in constant competition. It can create a very toxic atmosphere where fans continuously glaze their own group while bashing everyone else. Making comparisons between groups or mentioning others during reactions can be very triggering. I remember you said you are looking for positivity and motivation outside of western music, and K-pop definitely offers that—as long as you don’t trigger any fanwars ❤.
Id say a lot of kpop old gen idols go into acting while their teammates complete the mandatory military service so ig they’d follow that route if they stopped making music, some others go solo. But for like older, older, I’ve seen them more as tv hosts for gameshows, radio shows or interview programs.
